What do I do if I have changed my mind?

If you change your mind about your purchase, please return the unused goods to us with the original receipt within 14 days, and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note or a full refund.

What do I do if an item is faulty when it’s delivered?

Return the goods within 14 days stating what the fault is.

Once we receive the goods and you have requested a refund we will refund you, by the method used to pay for the order (this may take up to 10 working days to appear as cleared funds) for the goods and postage.

Please be aware that Old Sails may have marks.  We do our best to clean and cover marks, but you are purchasing a recycled product and marks may be seen.   This is not a fault of the product.

Who pays the postage on returned Items?

If you return something due to changing your mind, you will need to pay the postage.

If you return something due to it being faulty we refund up to £15 carriage. If your return exceeds this amount please contact us.

We recommend you use recorded delivery or registered post to return items so as to cover yourself against loss.

Returning Personalised Products

We will not be able to accept any returns on products that have been personalised. This excludes faulty items, which can be returned in line with our standard faulty item return policy.
